1. What Vrindaonline is

Vrindaonline is a marketplace platform that lets independent sellers ("Vendors") list and sell jewellery to customers ("Buyers") through their own branded storefront. Vrindaonline facilitates the listing, payment and order flow — each Vendor is an independent business responsible for their own products, pricing, listings and compliance (including GST, if applicable to them).

2. Fees and commission

• There is no fee to register. Every new Vendor gets a 14-day free trial, no card required.
• After the trial, every storefront requires an active paid plan — Starter, Growth or Pro, billed monthly — to continue operating. There is no permanently free plan.
• Vrindaonline charges no commission on sales under any plan — the Vendor keeps the full sale price, less only the plan’s monthly fee.
• Plan pricing may change with reasonable advance notice on this page.

3. Payments and payouts

Buyer payments are processed through Razorpay. Vendor earnings (sale price minus any applicable transaction fee) for delivered orders are swept into a weekly settlement cycle and paid out to the Vendor's registered bank account. A payout can be withheld if an order is later returned, refunded or disputed before settlement.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Each Vendor sets and publishes their own return policy per product (whether returns are accepted, the return window, and who bears return shipping) — this is shown on the product page before purchase. Orders can be fulfilled through integrated courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Shiprocket) or shipped independently by the Vendor. Vrindaonline coordinates refunds once a return is approved by the Vendor or resolved through the support process.

5. Verification (KYC)

Vendors must complete a one-time verification (identity document, bank details, and GSTIN where applicable) before payouts are released. Sensitive fields such as PAN and bank account numbers are encrypted at rest.

6. Prohibited listings and conduct

• Counterfeit, stolen, or intellectual-property-infringing items.
• Misrepresenting metal purity, weight, or gemstone authenticity.
• Fraudulent orders, fake reviews, or manipulating platform metrics.

Vrindaonline may suspend or remove a listing, storefront or account that violates these terms.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "last updated" date below reflects the latest version. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
