What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number.
• Order details: shipping address, products purchased, order history.
• For Vendors: business/KYC details such as PAN, bank account number and GSTIN, collected to verify identity and process payouts.
• Basic usage data (pages visited, device/browser type) for analytics and fraud prevention.

What we don’t collect or store

We do not see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN — payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner, under their own security and compliance controls.

How we use it

• To create and manage your account, and process orders and payouts.
• To verify Vendor identity before a storefront goes live (KYC).
• To generate GST-compliant invoices for orders.
• To send order and account updates, and to respond to support requests.
• To understand product usage and improve the platform.

Who we share it with

Order and shipping details are shared with the relevant Vendor and courier partner (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC or Shiprocket) solely to fulfil that order. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

How we protect it

Sensitive Vendor fields — PAN and bank account number — are encrypted at rest. All traffic to Vrindaonline is served over HTTPS.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time, subject to records we’re legally required to keep.

Your choices

You can review and update your account details from your dashboard at any time, or reach out to request a copy or deletion of your data.
